We are presently offering a compelling position for a Sales Manager specializing in the China high-end markets to become part of our Sales & Marketing team in Bali. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual capable of consistently delivering high-end service.

The main responsibilities for this Sales Manager position are:
Proactively work to build strong partnerships with Luxury China travel trade; target the solicitation of business from China market segments such as partnership programs, government, corporate and MICE to achieve annual room and revenue targets.
- Greet VIP guests or groups and assist when needed, farewell them upon departure.
- Take initiative in improving Chinese Guest experience from reservation through to check out.
- Support in developing promotions and activities as required by Director of Sales.
- Support in developing and implementing sales calls, client receptions, sales showcases.
- Become a member of any relevant industry related associations and attend functions as necessary.
- Analyze sales data and prepare related reports, initiate strategies to address sales concerns and to further improve sales performance
- Monitor sales activities of competitors and prepares appropriate strategies for review with Director of Sales.
- Build relationship with LHW China office and ensure you and the company are established as a key hotel partner for any requests for their clients.
The ideal candidate for this Sales Manager role requires the following:
- Excellent written and spoken Mandarin and English
- 2-3 years relevant experience in luxury hotels
- Able to liaise effectively with travel trade accounts
- Dedication to providing great customer service
- Proactive, enthusiastic, and hands-on approach
- Degree holder in Business Management, Hospitality Management or relevant discipline is a plus
