Natya Resort Ubud is seeking candidate to join as a team in the following areas:
- Executive Housekeeper
- Spa Therapist
- GSA (Male)
- Trainee – Front Office
General Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, with specific years of experience varying based on the position’s level (e.g., entry-level, mid-level, or senior roles).
- 2 years experienced in hotel industry, with a proven track record. (point 1)
- At least 6 month experience in a similar position (as trainee/DW in Front Office Dept.) (point 2)
- Relevant educational background, such as degrees, diplomas, or certifications in hospitality management, or related fields. Advanced degrees or specialized certifications may be required for management or technical positions.
- Comfortable with administering HSK resources and inventory control. (1)
- Experience in various massage techniques, as well as manicure/pedicure, and face/body therapies. (2)
- Exceptional customer service skills, including effective communication, problem-solving, and the ability to create positive guest experiences.
- Excellent command of the English language both written and verbal, good presentation skills and confidence communication skill.
- Able to work immediately.
