  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Demonstrated leadership and management skills, with experience in leading HR teams.
  • Proficient in HR software, payroll systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • High level of discretion, ethics, and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
  • Flexible and adaptable to fast-paced, dynamic environments.

Professional Experience: HR Manager PINK HOTELS

  • Oversaw HR operations in each hotel branch (Bali, Gili Air, Gili Trawangan)
  • Managed full-cycle recruitment, including creating job descriptions, posting vacancies, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.
  • Developed and implemented employee onboarding programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires, including orientation, training, and policy familiarization.
  • Designed and conducted training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, such as customer service, safety, and job-specific training.
  • Implemented performance management systems, conducted performance appraisals, provided feedback, and developed performance improvement plans when necessary.
  • Acted as a point of contact for employee concerns, addressed conflicts, and promoted a positive work environment through employee engagement initiatives and team-building activities.
  • Managed compensation and benefits administration, including salary administration, benefits enrolment, and payroll processes in collaboration with the finance department.
  • Developed and enforced HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Maintained accurate employee records and ensured data integrity and security.
  • Conducted exit interviews, processed termination paperwork, and managed employee offboarding procedures.
  • Stayed updated with changes in labour laws and regulations, ensuring the hotel’s compliance and adapting HR practices accordingly.
