- FRONT OFFICE TRAINEE
- SALES & MARKETING TRAINEE
Requirements:
- 2 Years of experience in Restaurant and Banquet Management (1)
- Ability to lead and manage a team of restaurant and banquet staff effectively (1)
- Strong focus on providing excellent customer service to hotel guests and event attendees (1)
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers. staff and other departments within the hotel (1)
- Ability to plan, organize and coordinate events and banquet functions efficiently (1)
- Understanding of budgeting, cost control and financial management to ensure profitability (1)
- Experienced in a similar position for min. 1 year (2)
- Experienced working in the hotel industry (is a plus!) (1 & 2)
- Bachelor Degree (1 & 2)
- Have Vaccination Certificate (1, 2, 3 & 4)
