General Requirements :
- 2 year(s) of working experience in the related position
- Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree / Professional Degree in Hotelier Management or equivalent.
- Has good personality & attitude
- Fluent in English
- Demonstrates understanding of the business, its levels for growth, its changing dynamics and challenging success factors
- Strong interpersonal and communication skill
- Self-motivated and self-driven, resourceful, fast leaner, proactive, committed, adaptable and a team player
