- Bachelor’s degree from relevant field is preferred.
- A minimum of 3 years experience in a similar or assistant position.

- Fluent in written and spoken Bahasa Indonesia and English, additional language(s) an advantage.
- Computer literate and proficient with standard Microsoft Office applications, and Property
- Management Software, and Point of Sales Software.
- Good knowledge of food and beverage products and services, procedures, alcohol policies and laws.
- Strong leadership, tactical skills, result oriented and a problem solver.
- Financial acumen required (budgeting, forecasting, expense control).

- F&B Service and Front Office Background
- Excellent in English communication skills
- Multitasking skills needed to handle more than one task simultaneously
- Good customer service skills
- Empathy needed to understand the feelings of guest
- Head Baker
- Previous leadership experience in a Bakery production required
- Good knowledge of kitchen administration and operations
- Strong communication, time and resource management, planning skills
- Attention to detail, especially when performing quality inspections on ingredients and products
- Food handling/sanitation certification required
- Engineering
- Strong knowledge in electrical, mechanical, plumbing civil, swimming pool maintenance
- Able to join immediately.
- Minimum 1 years experience in similar position
- Highly analytical and detail-oriented
- Enjoy building or improving the way things work
