Starter Lab Bakery is looking for a gluten-loving, enthusiastic and passionate candidate as our Operational Manager. Based in the heart of Canggu, we produce fresh artisanal sourdough bread and pastries daily.
1. Indonesian citizen
2. Fluent in English (spoken and written)
3. Have experience in operational and admin positions
4. Good computer and database skill
5. Ability to organize, multi-task and manage time efficiently
6. Honest, enthusiastic and team player
7. Excellent in communication skill
Staff contract, BPJS and leaves. Arranging business document (registration, KITAS management and maintenance)
2. Business Development
Sales calls and email to approach new clients (restaurants/cafes), work on partnership and collaborations with local businesses.
Accurate entry of daily expenses and into accounting system – Xero, managing credits and payment.
Weekly invoicing account, purchase ordering, making sure inventory is updated and available.
Weekly and monthly report to owner.
