Natya Hotel Kuta, we are looking for young and dynamic person to join our team as:
- Corporate DOSM
- Corporate Training Coordinator
- Corporate Bookkeeper
- Corporate Cost Control
- Corporate Marcom & Content Creator
- Bell Driver
Basic Qualification:
- Minimum 2 years in the same position with strong knowledge and skill related to the position. (1)
- Previous experience as Training Coordinator is mandatory, with minimum 2 years experiences. (2)
- Experience in a similar position in a medium to large Upscale or 160 more room, with a chain/branded hotel or independent property. (1)
- Display a proven ability in driving sales revenue particularly for MICE. (1)
- Advanced knowledge of the principles and practices within the sales and hospitality profession. (1)
- Minimum 1 year experience in the same position (3,4,5,6)
- Diploma degree in relevant field. (3,4,5,6)
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software (TALENTA). (2)
- Familiar with VHP system will be advantage.
- Has good initiative, anticipation, and a hardworking person.
- Familiar with payroll and resume databases. (2)
- Excellent organizational and team management skills.
- Excellent command of the English language both written and verbal, good presentation skills and confidence communication skill.
- Able to work immediately.
