- Operational Manager ( Japanese Speaker )
Requirements:
As the Operational Manager, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Attend and involve in departmental meetings and shift briefing.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the work area and work equipment.
- Fulfilled Japanese guest needs and follow up with any requests.
- To develop and maintain a high level of communication with Staff and promote goodwill by being courteous, friendly and helpful to all guests, superior and fellow team member.
- To make Daily Report and Monthly report with Japanese Wording and Report to the owner.
- Check all the Area for the cleanliness.
- Talk with The Owner when the owner at the Property.
- Be a Translator to Japanese language if needed.
What are we looking for?
- Minimum of 1 years as a Japanese Speaking in the hospitality Industry.
- University graduate / hotel management / hotel school diploma
- Neat in appearance and in good health.
- Good communication skills.
- Pleasing, charming, honest, possess a sense of humor, have the right attitude and is physically fit.
- A basic knowledge on any additional foreign languages will be advantageous.
