We are looking for:
- General Accounting
Responsibilities:
- Managing and over seeing the daily operations of the accounting department
- Monitoring and analyzing accounting data and produce financial reports or statements
- Establishing and enforcing proper accounting methods, policies and principles
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department including:
- Month and end year process
- Accounts payable/ receiable
- Cash receipts
- General ledger
- Payroll and BPJS
- Tax
- Budgeting
- Cash forecasting
- Revenue and Expenditure variance analysis
- Capital asset rconciliationss,
- Check run
- Fixed asset activity
- Debt activity
- Monitor and analyze data and produce financial reports or statements
- Coordinate and complete annual audits
- Provide recommendations
- Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions
- Assign projects and directs staff to ensure compliance and accuracy
- Meet financial accounting objectives
- Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions
Requirement skills:
- Proven working as Accounting , Accounting supervisor or finance Manager
- Advance computer skills on MS Office, Accounting software and database
- Ability to manipulate large amount data
- Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and account principles, Practice, standards, Law and regulations
- High attention to details and accuracy
- Ability to direct and supervise
- Degree in Accounting or finance
- Knowledge in Guest pro system is plus
