HHRMA Hotel Bali – Munduk Mountain Estate
Munduk Mountain Estate is a private luxury villa in the Munduk area, managed by Secluded Bali Villas. We are looking for a dynamic VILLA MANAGER to join us in a permanent position.
The VILLA MANAGER works with Secluded Bali Villas to ensure the smooth operation of villas and guest satisfaction are carried out accurately and on time with requirements as below:
- Indonesian resident or citizen willing to work in the Munduk area
- Have experience working for at least 2 years in a villa or hotel; experience working with villa management is an added advantage
- Able to speak English well, both written and spoken
- Have strong guest-serving skills or experience
- Understanding of food and beverage products and services
- Demonstrates leadership, self-starter, attention to detail, and honesty
- Have basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, and documents) and basic accounting skills (petty cash and cost control)
- Able to join and work immediately
Gross salary depends on experience and skills and ranges between 5 and 7 million rupiah per month. Standard benefits and allowances are provided, such as THR, BPJS, and food allowances.
Flexible working hours, but staff are expected to work when owners or guests are at the villa and take time off when they are not. For selected candidates who do not reside locally, on-property housing can be provided.
