Qualification :
- Proven Experience minimum 2 year.
- Prospect for attractive new business
- Deliver revenue targets for own account
- Strong Leisure Market
- Plan and deliver Sales revenue targets for own accounts
- Set and meet customer expectations and handle objections as sales opportunities
- Monitor competitor’s activities and respond to them appropriately
- E-COMMERCE
Qualification :
- Maintain engagement with each selected 3rd party agent channel (OTAs) and direct web
- Coordinate and maintain performance in specific OTA.
- Checking and deciding which promotions that suitable for properties in all areas – Ensure the price parity across OTA’s and direct web
- Accountable for OTA Targets (per OTA and area-based targets)
- Discuss with OTA Channels what needs to be done in order to improve the conversion
- Crafting and implementing channel sales strategies to meet monthly sales quota for hourly site concept
- MARCOM EXECUTIVE/ASST. MARCOM MANAGER
Qualification :
- High interpersonal skill seeks to collaborate with all stakeholders.
- Detail oriented, excellent story teller, and team player.
- Experience with planning, developing, and implementing marketing communications activities, including developing communications plan, strategy, messages, media and tactics as part of the hotel campaign.
- Effective communicator, able to synthesize data and information so that it tells a compelling story that resonates with target audiences.
- Confident taking on challenges to achieve objectives
- Hospitality industry background is a plus
- FO SUPERVISOR (Male)
Qualification :
- Proven Experience minimal 1 year experience in same position
- Fluency in English (Writen & Oral)
- Guest Oriented with professional attitude
- Experience in leading team, night auditor, planning and developing FO Program
- Familiar with Realta or Power Pro System
- Detail, well time management skill and strong personality
- GUEST EXPERIENCE ASSOCIATES (GEA)
Qualification :
- Proven Experience minimal 1 year experience as Guest Relation
- Fluency in English (Writen & Oral)
- Guest Oriented with professional attitude
- Have a recreation knowledge is a plus
- Creative and well time management skill
