  1. Asst. Marcom Manager

Job Summary :

Produce Public Relations Plan Communications Plan which establish, promote and maintain the positive image of the hotel.  Duties involve planning, directing, controlling, coordinating and participating in all Public Relations and Marketing Communications activities. Acts as the point person for all marketing related activities to both internal/property level colleagues, as well as Wyndham Destination Regional Brand Marketing team.

Qualification :

  • Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, associates and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.
  • Problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications or related field.
  • Fluent in English both Writen/ Oral.
  • Minimum 1 year in same position.
  1. Guest Service Attendant / Front Desk Agent (Daily Worker)

Job Summary:

Responsible for all activities relevant to the Front Desk such as the reception, check in / out, rooming of all Hotel guests, foreign exchange and assisting them with inquiries.

Qualification :

  • Well groomed and good communication skill.
  • 6 months experiencesin front office / guest services or related discipline including supervisory experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Fluent in English (Written & Oral).
  • Able work with team in the new environment.
  • Ability to perform based on task.
  • Strong interpersonal and multitasking skill.
  • Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field.
  • Familiar with Powerpro & Realta system is a plus.
  1. Guest Experience Associates / Guest Relation Officer (Daily Worker)

Job Summary :

Responsible for establishing and maintaining mutual understanding and goodwill between VIP guests and management.

Qualification :

  • Well groomed and good communication skill.
  • 6 months experiencesin front office / guest services or related discipline including supervisory experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Fluent in English (Written & Oral).
  • Able to arrange and handle related VIP requirement.
  • Ability to perform based on task.
  • Strong interpersonal and multitasking skill.
  • Diplomaor Vocational Certification in Hotel Management, Business Administration, English or related field.
  • Familiar with Powerpro & Realta system is a plus.
