Is an Ayurvedic Retreat Villa, Restaurant and Ayurvedic Spa in Ubud. We are looking for highly motivated and professional people to be a part of our pre-opening team. The following positions are open for applications for immediate hiring.
Hotel Manager / Retreat Manager (1 full-time position)
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business administration, or a relevant field.
- English communication skills, oral and written are a must.
- Experience in Wellness domain is preferred.
- Resort / Hotel Pre-opening experience is preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel management in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of hotel management best practices and data entry software.
- Outstanding interpersonal communication and customer service skills.
- Exceptional leadership abilities with great attention to detail.
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Ppt and Outlook.
HR Manager (1 full-time position)
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in human resources management at a similar position.
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues.
- Experience in educating and coaching staff.
- Experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and workplace investigations.
- Experience in following and maintaining workplace privacy.
- Ability to give presentations.
- Knowledge of relevant health and safety laws.
- Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Spa Therapists (10 full-time positions)
Requirement:
- Pleasant personality, positive attitude and good English communication skills.
- Highly-motivated and willing to work as a team.
- Minimum 6 months -1-year relevant experience.
Chef de partie (1 full-time position)
Requirement:
- Pleasant personality, positive attitude and good English communication skills.

- Minimum 4 years relevant experience.
Commis chef 1st, 2nd and 3rd (4 full-time positions)
Requirement:

Requirement:
