**Position:** Guest Relations
**Location:** Canggu, Bali
**Qualifications:**
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Proficient in English communication.
- Flexible to work in rotating shifts.
- Immediate availability to join the team.
- Female candidates only.
- Must be an Indonesian resident.
**Responsibilities:**
- Greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure.
- Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
- Assist in coordinating special arrangements for guests, such as room preferences and celebrations.
- Maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere in the lobby area.
**Requirements:**
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Customer-focused with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and handle challenging situations with grace.
- Knowledge of local attractions and activities is a plus but not necessarily.
- Previous experience in hospitality is an advantage but not mandatory.
