Trans Studio Theme Park Bali currently seeking for Finance Manager who will be responsible for providing daily support to General Manager. Leading revenue-related month-end closing and performing revenue analysis. will also be responsible for taking efficient and productive processes to manage business finance related: new product and marketing initiatives, to analyze the finance accounting implications, including to coordinate with other relevant departments outside finance accounting (tax, legal, business departments, etc). Responsible evaluating suppliers, products, and services, negotiating contracts, and ensuring that approved purchases are cost – efficient and of high quality.

AREA OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage and oversee the revenue-related operations from Ticketing.
Managing daily revenue operations: invoicing, journal entries, etc
Month and year-end process, including monitoring analyze accounting data
Accounts receivables
Budgeting
Revenue Analysis
Supporting in preparing budgets, cost analysis, and reports
Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles
Evaluation and analysis monthly and annual reports to identify results, trends, and financial forecasts
Manage cash flow by tracking transactions and regularly reviewing internal reports
Ensure that all financial transactions are properly recorded, filed, and reported
Improve systems and procedures and initiative corrective actions
Analyzing Business Proposals, and ensure the proposal has all the basic required information
Managing the process for any new product/new promo codes/other new business-related activities that might have finance/accounting/tax/legal/other implications
Coordinate with each relevant department (finance/accounting/tax/legal/business) to ensure that new initiatives already fulfill all the required information by each department
Managing all activities for Supply chain (Purchasing & Warehouse)
Preparing plans for the purchase of equipment, services, and suppliers
Reviewing, comparing, analyzing, and approving products and services to be purchased
Maintaining accurate purchase and pricing records
Maintaining and updating supplier information such as qualifications, delivery times, product ranges, etc
Maintaining good supplier relations and negotiating contracts
