New Restaurant “ TERAS GANDUM “ in Sanur area is looking for staff with excellent attitude, full of passion and professional to fill the position as below:
• Under The general guidance and supervision of the commis / chef
• The limit of company policies, procedure food quality, controlling, coordinating and participating
• Food and Beverage Product Department manual, in of all personal engaged in cooking, preparing food , cleaning in Kitchen
• Assists in overseeing and directing all aspect of kitchen operational
• Controls cost at kitchen
• Knowledge of relevant guest satisfaction standards (sop).
• Housekeeping Hygiene sanitation at kitchen
• Good attitude & performance
• Loyal to company
• English language requirements met or exceeded
Skills –COMPETENCES REQUIRED
• Years of related experience :1 – 3 Years as cook helper
• Capable on Methods of cooking & culinary
• Education/qualifications : Proven technical certificate or Diploma
• Good English language skills.
• Ability to lead, motivate and develop a team of individuals.
• Detailed Food knowledge & Equipment
• Ability to cope with pressure.
