7. Business Development and Sales Manager

Requirement for Restaurant Supervisor,Bartender,Waiter/Waitress:
● Excellent written and spoken English.
● Candidate has a great team spirit and is target oriented, highly motivated, energetic with a great hospitality mentality.
● Honest, confident, possesses an outgoing personality, can think outside of the box with high customer service skills.
● Well groomed, good personality and positive attitude, LOVES people
● Able to work in a team or individually, outgoing and self motivated, can also conduct regular team trainings
● Has good computer skills including gmail, google drive (googledoc, googlesheet) microsoft office and know about PMS (pyxis) is an advantage
● Minimum 3 years experience in similar position (Restaurant Supervisor)
● Minimum 2 years experience in similar position (Bartender,Waiter,Waitress)
● Possible immediate start.

Requirement for Marketing & Admin Coordinator:
● Excellent written and spoken English.
● Candidate has a great team spirit and is target oriented, highly motivated, energetic with a great hospitality mentality.
● Honest, confident, possesses an outgoing personality, can think outside of the box with high customer service skills.
● Managing and Updating of all online platforms and reporting
● Managing Supplier,Stock and marketing/Promotional Collaterals
● Assist & Support in all events & promotions
● Admin work required for the marketing and events
● Reporting to the marketing & Events Manager
● Well groomed, good personality and positive attitude, LOVES people
● Able to work in a team or individually, outgoing and self motivated
● Has good computer skills including gmail, google drive (googledoc, googlesheet) microsoft office
● Minimum 2 years experience in similar position
● Possible immediate start.

Requirement for Front Office :

• The ability to be proactive and take the initiative

• Minimum 4 years experience in similar position
• Immediate Start

Requirements for Business Development & Sales Manager:

• Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role
• Experience working to and exceeding targets
• High-level communication skills, English skills a must
• Stakeholder management skills
• Proven ability to negotiate and build rapport
• Proven sales track record
• Experience with design and implementation of business development strategy
• Conflict resolution
• The ability to self-motivate and work under pressure
• Market Knowledge is a plus
• Experience in customer support is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
