Mercure Bali Sanur Resort, features 189 guestrooms in 41 Balinese cottages with thatch roof, located just 20 minutes from Ngurah Rai International Airport, and the hotel is tucked into peaceful corner of Sanur. It offers a direct access to a white sand tree lined beach where you can swim in the clear blue sea protected by a natural coral reef barrier. Stone pathways will lead you around the 5-hectare tropical garden with its fragrant trees, towering palms and 100 species of flora. It’s a place where you will experience natural ambience off calm and serenity.
We are currently looking for professional and experience candidates to fulfill following positions:

1. Marketing & Communication Executive

• Level of Education: Bachelor / Diploma
• Minimum 2 years experiences in same field
• Strong user knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Corel Draw, Microsoft Office tool and camera.
• Capable of design graphic and computer literate
• Fluent in English (verbal & written), additional languages advantageous.

• Manage brand compliance for the hotel to grow the equity of the hotel and the brand equity across all channels.
• Manage all marketing / promotional/photographs for hotel marketing.
• Establish and maintain a positive relationship with key local press and local media.
• Manage online advertising for the hotel.
• Effectively manage the hotel’s content and images through conducting regular audits.
• Manage social media accounts and sharing site as relevant to the hotels activity at the hotel instagram, Twitter, You Tube, etc.
• Liaise with the regional communication team to maximize communication exposure.

2. Junior / Duty Manager

• Level of Education : Bachelor / Diploma
• Minimum 2 years experiences in same field
• Able to manage work systematically and well organized.
• Fluent in English (verbal & written), additional languages advantageous.

• Ensures the high standard of services provided for guests.
• Attainment of the department’s qualitative and quantitative targets
• Manages and motivates the Front Office team in order to provide a high standard of service for customers
• Handles guest comments and complaints, ensuring follow-up
• Handles any guest complaints or contentious issues that cannot be settled directly by team members and provides a rapid solution.

3. Assistant / Bar Manager

• Level of Education: Diploma
• Minimum 2 years experiences in same field
• Good interpersonal character quality and communication
• Good in mixology (bar tendering)
• Capable to manage stocks and inventories
• Fluent in English (verbal & written), additional languages advantageous.

• Manages all the outlets
• Welcomes guests and provides a high standard of bar service
• Promotes the bar’s special events and products
• Manages the stocks and setup for the bar in line with brand standard
