Requirements:
- Proven experience minimum 3 (three) years in same position
- Ability to develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans aligned with overall business objective, deep understand of the industry and market trends (1)
- Comprehensive understanding of housekeeping operations, excellent leadership, strong knowledge of standards, regulation quality control (2)
- Ability to develop and implement departmental policies and procedures, dedication to providing exceptional guest experiences (3)
- In-depth knowledge of employment law and development people (4)
- Analytical mindset for evaluating sales data, strategic thinking, analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities (5)
- A highly skilled and motivated individual with a strong background in engineering, leadership, project management, and administrative duties (6)
- Proficient in delivering exceptional service to high-end clientele, with a track record of excellence. Creative, hands-on, and familiar with VHP system (7)
- A highly skilled and knowledge of drink recipes, mixing, garnishing and serving drink (8)
- Have a strong background in spa therapies, along with expertise in hair styling and beauty services to enhance our clients’ overall wellness and beauty experience (9)
- Have expertise in both mechanical and electrical engineering, with the ability to contribute to the development, and implementation of complex projects (10)
- Strong analytical, attention to detail, familiar with cash flow management & cost control and accuracy in financial reporting
- Good personality, positive attitude, highly motivated and team player
