With Following Criteria:
Head Chef / Senior Cook (1 & 2):
- Minimum 2 years experience in the same position.
- Have experience in Indonesian & Asian Cuisine
- Able to work smart & discipline
- Basic knife skill
- Strong leadership skill
- Strong in food quality standard
- Good in food costing
- Manage to deal with operational pressure
- Able to maintain strong relationship in every department
- High creativity and open minded
- Expertise in hygine and sanitation
- Planning and developing menu
- Handling food purchase specification
- High skill in inventory with fresh ingridients
- Good English
- Good communication skill
- Extrovert, energetic, and high sense of customer service
- In good health
- Able to deal with critics
- Have work in a pre-opening team will be a benefit
Junior Cook, Cook Helper (DW), Cashier, Bar Staff / Barista, Waiter, Floor Manager:
- Minimum 1 year experience in the same position
- Hard working, positive attitude, and high responsibility
- Young and energetic
- Minimum education level: SMA / SMK
- Able to speak English
- Friendly and Customer Oriented
- Manage to deal with operational pressure
- Good communication skill
- Attractive
- Respondsive & Initiative
- Able to maintain strong relationship in every department
- In good health
- Able to deal with critics
- Commited & Fast Learner
Accounting / Book Keeper:
- Female
- Minimum 1 year experience in the same position
- Able to operate Excel and Word
- Preferably have a finance background
- Minimum education level: SMK / D1
- Strong administration skill
- Attention to details

- Open Minded
- Able to deal with critics.
