Responsibilities Include:
• Events Management and Coordination
o Program planning, execution, task management, vendor relations, administrative, upkeep and event updates, communications liaison and scheduling
o Coordinate function orders and logistics and executed the logistic for the function smoothly
o Banqueting target focus and execution
• Satisfy client program with proposals and program FB design to meet the client need by maximizing Food & beverage price / venue to accommodate the group or function
• Assisting DFBS on update function / group status
• Ascertaining client needs and services required
• Seeking for the new potential account for Food & beverage generating both FIT & group
• Leading in and able to confirm business on Food & beverage
• Handle Food & beverage function, banqueting before, during and after the completion.
• Managing logistics, operations, schedules, and production coordination
• Oversee overall project execution, performance, and profitability
• Daily Sales call in Bali at least 5 call per day
• Submit weekly report especially summary activity
• Target result on food and beverage based on budget target
• Sales call plan submit to DFB by weekly
• Commitment to working required hours (above and beyond normal business hours) to ensure events are successful

• Selling Skills (Negotiation / close selling)
• Floor plan management
• Problem-solving and management through stressful situations
• Project management, timelines, and task management
• Registration and communications best practices (experience with event registration platforms)
• Facilities management, audio-visual, room layouts and design
• Production, staging, and on site execution
• Contracting, negotiations, and compliance
• Outstanding written and oral communications skills
• Working knowledge of Excel, Power Point, Word and cloud-sharing programs
• Understanding of social media in event settings
• Handling Site inspection
• Administrative oriented
• Banqueting arrangement and flow management
• Time and pricing management subject to the task and function request
• Fluent in Business English both speaking and written

Time Commitment: full time; travel when necessary; long working hours and some weekends are expected


• Minimum 2 years’ professional event management experience
• Strong background in program management and execution
• Bachelor’s Degree
