Qualification:

  • Female / Male
  • Minimum one-year experience in a customer contact position within the hotel, or related industry.
  • Proven customer service skills to interact appropriately with guests in a considerate, Professional and positive manner by showing concern and listening actively.
  • Ability to operate basic office equipment, including telephones and computers
  • Ability to speak English clearly, distinctly and cordially with guests. Self-driven person in dynamic environment
  • Active person, good personality, positive attitude, hard worker and team player
  • Flexible and creative under pressure
