Location: Jalan Raya Petitenget no. 98 (opposite Bali Catering Company). Urgently need:

a) Head Chef
b) Head Pastry Chef


-Creating new recipes, implementing new ideas, trialing new dishes, costing, sourcing ingredients.
-Formulating standards to enhance overall efficiency & effectiveness of all food production
-Planning & Development of seasonal new menus
-Ensuring Kitchen team are constantly trained & updated to effect good portion control & presentation of dishes
-Operating forecasts & keeping within budgeted figures
-Introducing updated HACCP safety standards & setting programmes & practices
-Budgeting food costs & wage costs
-High level of creativity with dishes. Keeping in mind current food trends, budget, health conscious in individuals & allergies
-Ordering, Stocktake, Liaising with suppliers.
-Staff monitoring & training programmes.
-Running the kitchen in the daily basis.
-Controlling Invoices, wastage, stock takes, ordering & revenue.
-Manage Rosters, Layout, Costing, Forecasting..
-Meeting suppliers, comparing prices, products, locking in prices over seasons.
-New menu, sourcing new ingredients, costing recipes.
-Set up of HAACP Food safety plan, OH&S operating procedures.
-Implementing new events & marketing strategies to increase revenue during off season.
-Maintaining Low COGs and low percentages on Food & Labour.
-Innovative and creative menu items keeping within brand.
-Clear communication, delegation, attention to detail & leadership.
