KoenoKoeni Villa, is looking for:

Chef de Partie

Job desk & Responsibilities:

– Supervise the activity in the kitchen and control the day to day operations
– Oversee preparation, cooking and presentation of meals
– Exercise cost control in minimizing wastage and spoilage
– Supervise and manage kitchen staff’s activities
– Order and maintain inventory of food and supplies needed to ensure efficient operations
– Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards

Requirements:

– Maximum 35 years old
– Minimum 2 years working experience as a Chef de Partie
– Formal culinary training preferred
– Good communication in English (oral and written)
– Passionate about healthy food
– Good attitude and ability to work as a team player

Head Chef

Job desk & Responsibilities:

– Plan and direct food preparation and culinary activities
– Modify menus or create new ones that meet quality standards
– Estimate food requirements and costs
– Supervise and manage kitchen staff’s activities
– Inspect supplies, equipment and work areas for cleanliness and functionality
– Order and maintain inventory of food and supplies needed to ensure efficient operations
– Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards

Requirements:

– Maximum 35 years old
– Minimum 1 year working experience as a head chef
– Formal culinary training preferred (minimum Diploma in culinary/hospitality)
– Good communication in English (oral and written)
– Passion for cooking and creativity to improve quality, productivity and cost control
– Passionate about healthy food
– Good attitude and ability to work as a team player
