A successful Health and Wellness retreat in Seminyak Bali is seeking a Front Office Manager with experience in hospitality especially at 4star hotel. The purpose of the role is to ensure a flawless guest experience for guests at the retreat through hospitality at the front office.
Job Description:
- Responsible for managing the Front Desk including front desk staff.
- Creating the right atmosphere for the customer at the front desk and reception areas.
- Handling reservation by phone or direct
- Manage customer activities
- Upselling product
- Make great relationship with guest.
- Handling system VHP
Person specification:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
- Required skill: Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skill, excellent managerial and organizational skill, Great Problem Solving Skill.
- Required language: English, Bahasa Indonesia
- Good in English both written & communication
- At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
