Lay Day Uluwatu, the ultimate oasis in the south of Bali, is seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join our team as the General Manager. With 168 dorm beds, 5 private rooms, a lively bar, refreshing swimming pool, a gastro pub and a thrilling late-night dive bar on-site, Lay Day Uluwatu offers the perfect blend of surf, relaxation, and entertainment.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Management
- Proven experience in hospitality.
- Strong financial acumen, with the ability to analyze P&L statements and make strategic decisions.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with Bali’s hospitality industry is a must.
- High level of English is a must (additional languages are an advantage).
