-minimun 3 years experience as a head chef.
-reporting to the general manager,
-good written and spooken english
-overseeing the preparation and cooking of food at restaurant and other operations
– aboard experience welcome
-they must pay close attention to detail and have strong interpersonal skills to communicate and find innovative ways to solve problem.
-inventory checks
-trendy menu developing
-strong leading skills
-purchasing and contact with suppliers
-skills and experience with western food (Melbourne, London, New York cafes/restaurants)
