PASTRY CHEF INSTRUCTOR

Job Description:
• Choose an appropriate textbook, re-evaluate own record book, and evaluate course syllabi, lesson plans, handouts, methodology, examination papers.
• Prepare complete course syllabi, lesson plan, course manual, teaching aids, and materials, etc.
• Prepare lectures, teach course, and begin class on time in an orderly and organized fashion.
• Encourage the development of innovative approaches to course design and delivery and ensure that teaching design and delivery comply with the quality and educational standards and regulations of the school
• Keep up to date with current advances in both research and pedagogy
• Be courteous to and approachable by students, and give students counseling service and conduct tutorial sessions.
• Use effective motivation to help stimulate a personal desire to learn the subject/skills
• Set examination papers
• Ensure positive student outcomes through continuing assessment of student learning
• Utilize appropriate library resources and educational technology to enhance student learning

Qualification:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree / Associate Degree in Culinary Arts (or equivalent)
• Five or more years of supervisory work experience in baking & pastry or in other related work
• Must have strong theoretical and technical baking and pastry skills
• Thorough knowledge of various pastries and baked items, as well as the ingredients used
• Must be self directed, innovative and maintain exceptional organizational skills
• Excellent in spoken and written English with the ability to communicate persuasively
• Strong proficiency in the following Microsoft Office Product required : Word, Excel, Powerpoint
• Experience in teaching
• Proven communication skills.

KITCHEN CLEANER/ STEWARD

Job Description:
• Clean up practice class (Kitchen Lab & Pastry-Bakery lab)
• Clean the sink and pot area.
• Keeping the grease trap clean.
• Maintain cleanliness floor lab area and kitchen equipment any time.
• Take care of the cleanliness of the wastage room.
• Washing all production equipment and services in the Food and Beverage and Event Banquet departments.
• Tidy up all the tools after the wash, and return it to warehouse.
• Participate in the preparation of all matters related to the event

Qualifications and Requirements:
• Age max 35 years old
• Should have at least 2 year experiences in similar position
• Familiar with cleaning kitchen equipment: know how to clean and do treatment for kitchen equipment
• Must possess an ability to handle multiple tasks
• Ensure food preparation and presentation in relevant food production area conform to the requisite standard.

PARTNERSHIP & MARKETING
Job Description :

• Produce, evaluate and improve partnership programs with hotels, restaurant, other hospitality businesses for Sponsorship, CSR program, Training programs.
• Channeling partnership opportunities with other institution for exchange programs and student placement in the campus.
• Creating the proposals and presentations to enable partnership opportunities
• Representing the School in meetings and events

Qualifications and Requirements :
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration.
• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in Public Relations/Communications or equivalent.
• Strong presentation, writing and negotiation skills.
• Must posssess an ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
• Should be able to organize and prioritize own work with limited supervision
• Innovation and strategic thinking are highly valued

ACADEMIC OFFICER
Job Description:
• Manage the student life cycle from registration/admission to graduation/leaving
• Support in student selection (academic test, psychology test, and interview test)
• Prepare all of the student administration: diktat, log book, student hand book, etc
• Prepare for instructor schedule
• Create and release letters for academic affairs
• Check and summarize student’s attendance data
• Prepare for student’s orientation class
• Establishment and maintenance of the student record, including the assessment of students
• Teaching English to the student

Qualification:
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree
• Must fluent in English both speaking and writing
• Should have 2 year experience in similar position
• Have experience in English teaching, student administration, or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training
• Should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluently in operating Microsoft Office
• Must familiar in teaching, administration, attention to detail, and systematic
• Must possess an ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
• Should be able to organize and prioritize own work with limited supervision

IT STAFF
Qualification :
• Maximum age 28 years old
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering / Information Tecnology (IT) or equivalent with minimum GPA 3.00
• Should have at least 2 year experience in web design or web development and or similiar position
• Able to code and create programming for in-house software programs
• Having experience in admin server network, technical support and supporting application; domain controller server, proxy/ mail/ file server, LAN, trouble shoot, etc (Technical Support)
• Having experience in maintenance hardware, website, and email
• Attention to detail and innovative problem solving
• Proactive, hardworking, discliplined, and result oriented
• Excellent communication skill and analytical skill
• Good attitude, willing to learn, extrovert and outgoing personality

Job Description:
• Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
• Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance upgrades
• Setting up accounts and email for new employee
• Investigating, diagnosing, and solving computer software and hardware faults
