The Royal Purnama 5 Star Villas is now looking for potential candidate for the position :
GUEST RELATION OFFICER
With requirement :
- Relevant educational background with the position being applied
- At least 1 year experience in a similar position
- Fluency in English both written and oral, ability to speak other language will be an advantage
- Good attitude, friendly and energetic
- Able to drive a car (For Male is a must)
- Able to work in team or individual
With Requirement :
- MALE/FEMALE, and Have Minimum at least 2 Years experience at the same position at 4 or 5 star Hotel / Villa
- Good at English , Good Attitude and Able to operate VHP System
- Optimize the yield and revenue generating function.
- Manage the room allotment including reporting, group businesses and potential high demand seasons in order to minimize overbooking situation.
- Ensure that the Reservation team and room inventory management system are in working order and being optimized.
- To manage other reservation aspects such as no-show, cancellation and reporting/cut-off days.
- To ensure all the administration and filing system are in order and up-to-date.
