Job Description For CDC:
We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Chef De Cuisine with expertise in Greek and Mediterranean cuisine to join our team. The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:
Requirement:
- Qualification from a culinary school.
- 2 years of experience in a similar position.
- Demonstrated expertise in preparing authentic Greek and Mediterranean dishes, including but not limited to souvlaki, moussaka, tzatziki, and baklava that delights and attracts customers.
- Ability to create innovative and unique Mediterranean-inspired dishes while maintaining traditional flavors.
- In-depth knowledge of food principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication skills and leadership qualities.
- Exceptional standards for cleanliness, health, and safety.
- Experience managing inventories and stocktaking.
Responsibility:
- Ensuring that all food meets the highest quality standards and is served on time.
- Planning the menu and designing the plating presentation for each dish.
- Coordinating kitchen staff, and assisting them as required.
- Hiring and training staff to prepare and cook all the menu items.
- Stocktaking ingredients and equipment, and placing orders as needed.
- Enforcing best practices for safety and sanitation in the kitchen.
- Creating new recipes to regularly update the menu.
- Keeping track of new trends in the industry.
- Incorporating feedback from restaurant staff and patrons to make improvements or resolve issues
Requirements:
- Relevant Expereince (2,3)
- Minimum 1-2 years expereince in the same position (2,3)
- Good English literate, both oral, and written
- Can join immediatelly
