Profile
Requirement:
- Controlling and directing the food preparation process (1)
- Approving and polishing dishes before they reach the customer (1)
- Managing and working closely with other Chefs of all levels (1)
- Creating menu items, recipes and developing dishes ensuring variety and quality (1)
- Determining food inventory needs, stocking and ordering (1)
- Ultimately responsible for ensuring the kitchen meets all regulations including sanitary and food safety guidelines (1)
- Being responsible for health, safety and managing Cost (1)
- Being responsible for food hygiene practices (1)
- Have experience minimal Trainee (2)
- Able to join immediately (1,2,3)
